About Southside Partnership Group
Supporting people to lead independent lives.

Southside Partnership was formed in 1991 following a merger of Lambeth Consortium and Camberwell Housing Partnership. We specialise in providing high quality person centred services for people with mental health needs and people with learning difficulties. Through the Southside Prison Project, we also work with offenders/ex-offenders with mental health needs before and after release from prison with the Southside Prison Project. This work includes linking our service users into crucial services such as housing, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and primary health care.

The emphasis in all out services is on enabling service users to live as independently as possible.

A subsidiary of the organisation, Southside Partnership Fanon, provides a range of accomodation-based, community and outreach support services for people from black and minority ethnic communities, particularly African and Caribbean people with mental health needs. Fanon acknowledges the unique needs of African and Caribbean people, and through a culturally specific approach, aims to empower service users, maximise their independence and enable them to gain a better understanding of their mental health needs.
