Leadership Team
Aisling Duffy, Chief Executive

I joined Southside Partnership as Chief Executive in October 2005.
I have spent my career to date working within not for profit organisations seeking to improve opportunities for people with learning disabilities and people with mental health needs. Southside is an ambitious organisation and I am delighted to work with external and internal partners to ensure these ambitions are realised for individual service users and the wider organisation.
Nicholas Campbell-Watts, Director of Fanon Mental Health Services

I joined Southside Partnership in December 2004 as the Director of Fanon.
My background is in the not-for-profit and statutory sector developing and providing services for people with complex health and social care support needs and working with marginalised communities facing discrimination and disadvantage. We have set ourselves some challenging goals to deliver recovery focussed, culturally competent and personalised services to our mental health supports needs customers.
Kathy King, Director of Development

I joined Southside Partnership in November 2008.
I am an Irish-Australian and spent my formative career in two of UK's top ten advertising agencies before moving, in 1991, to a marketing and business development consultancy.
I returned to the UK in April 2008 after temporarily relocating to Sydney for five years where I was general manager of an iconic Australian charity that served the needs of people with mental health issues, drug and alcohol addictions and homelessness. Since April 2008 I have been working on a number of projects before accepting the position of Director of Development with Southside Partnership.
Sanjay Shah, Director of Finance

I joined Southside Partnership in February 2007 as the Director of Finance.
Prior to joining Southside I was the Deputy Director of Finance at the MS Society for seven years. I have extensive experience of the Health Service having worked in various senior positions in a number of NHS bodies across London.
