Volunteering for Southside
In the last twelve months, 71 people have volunteered at Southside Partnership. Volunteers are offered training, interesting projects to work on and a pathway to employment.
We are particularly interested in service user volunteers or those with experience of mental health support needs or learning disabilities.
You should consider volunteering if you are interested in:
- Using your life experience to help others
- Gaining new and practical experience
- Making friends and developing personal skills
- Enhancing your CV
Southside Partnership is developing an increasing number of work, training and volunteering opportunities. These include peer advocacy within our Beyond Prison project, catering and customer service opportunities in Scotch Bonnet, travel buddying for people with learning disabilities in our Travel Support Service and a number of other projects where volunteers are actively supported to get involved.
If you would like further information on how to become involved as a volunteer with Southside please contact us.
